Jennifer partners with the Holmes Corporation as a Subject Matter Expert for the SHRM Learning System. She is also a volunteer article reviewer for both WorldatWork and SHRM. Jennifer is a sought-after speaker on topics regarding employee retention strategies, labor market trends, and human resource automation, having presented at many national and local human resource conferences. She has also appeared on both television and radio to discuss HR topics. Both national and local magazines have published Jennifer's research on employee retention.
