Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Cancer, Stroke, and Respiratory Problems are known as the top factors endangering our life span. These illnesses are mostly the results of poor diet, lack of hygiene, sleep problems, emotional stress, constipation, mal-digestion, and environmental toxins. Although many of us are aware of these facts, we systematically tend to ignore such contributing factors and do not take care of ourselves properly.

Our children do not deserve to suffer the high costs of ignoring HEALTH-CARE and attending to SICK-CARE, as we have been. They should not be facing pain or even the threat of death before being forced to sacrifice time, energy, money, peace of mind, and joy to save their lives. Let’s teach them prevention.

Join Dr. Sadigh and his special guest Dr. Jon Rostami Jam to find out how one can be more vigilant about health issues and what changes may be considered to raise a healthier family. As the future victims of today’s ignorance, our children need to make personal changes in their nutritional and physical habits. Also, our health-care providers must focus on preventing diseases rather than just treating them.

About my Guest: Dr. Jam is a well recognized Pediatrician practicing at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Riverside County Regional Medical Center. He graduated from Weil Cornel and taught Pediatric residents as UCSF faculty member at Children’s Hospital in Fresno. Dr. Jam is the co-founder of a private practice in Corona CA. He believes in the positive effects of physical activities and sports in his patients’ lives. He also plays left wing in a local ice hockey team.
