This fall Georgia votes on the Opportunity School Districts, a plan that allows the Governor to take over failing school districts and place them under control of the state and a special adminstrator. Lots of Questions are out there. Is this a good thing? How will schools be measured? What schools are in danger? How do we keep school off the list?
