The Mayor and Trustees of the Vilalge held several fraudulent public hearings on the sale of the Village assets in the 279 acre downtown area to a single developer who still has not submitted site plans on what he plans to build.  Buildings are being torn down and demolition has already begun. The essential details of the sale have not been revealed nor has the actual list of properties to be sold and the price to be paid by the developer. The funds raised by the sale it has been hidden will not go back to the taxpayers but to a fund managed by  the Community Development Agency, made up of the Mayor and Trustees.  Major buildings included to be sold: The Police Station, The Library, The Code Inforcement buildings, 18 Parking Lots...and on and on...
