Ivette Barnett is a respected professional in the commercial real estate industry &  represents VOIT Real Estate & her clients with class.  Hardworking &  a positive influence are words often used by anyone who works with or around Ivette.

Ivette has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years &  in property management for 20 of those years, with a specialty in management of retail shopping centers.  Her passion &  enthusiasm for the industry & for retail property management is infectious &  has attracted individuals who would have never considered this particular path.

Ivette learned early in her career that a large part of the job &  responsibilities of a retail property manager were not lessons that could be learned from a book but required proper mentorship &  hands on learning.  Not being one to shy away from a challenge, she cultivated an environment and fostered relationships with a number of technical trade experts who taught her a “little bit about a lot of things”

Ivette constantly gives back also to her community, she is a volunteer for a number of charitable organizations, including the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce, Reality Rally, Wounded Marine Fund & Nafe.

This is a woman of generous spirit, excellence in leadership, commitment to mentoring, selfless giving &  service to the community, entrepreneurial spirit, tireless dedication to the organization, her willingness to lend a hand, her initiative and drive to go above and beyond, she is inspiring, honest, hard working, fair, loyal, trustworthy, proud, moral & conscientious &  I know she will be sharing lots of great tips with my listeners.
