Eryka Parker, the founder of Lyrical Innovations LLC, a ghostwriting, writing coach and editing company, has worked in the publishing industry for over 8 years. She has guided dozens of authors on their journey to establish careers in the self-publishing industry. She has also assisted several businesses with enhancing their professional communication strategies. She has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Kent State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and has taken multiple college-level courses in editing, self-publishing, and creative writing. With seven years of higher education industry counseling experience and five years of higher education scholarship judge experience, she is adept in adult learning facilitation. She will lead two writing workshops to assist youth and senior writers with creating and self-publishing their projects this fall.

Eryka is a confident and poised public speaker, trainer, and presenter with the ability to engage and motivate audiences of all demographics. Her passions lie in self-empowerment, healthy self-expression, and enlightening the world, one publication at a time.

She is the author of Penpoint Your Perspective: Freewriting Canvas and Writer's Instructional Handbook and is a published poet. When she is not working on her clients' projects, she spends her time mentoring youth on business fundamentals and working on two of her upcoming thriller novels.
