She's Daring, Influential, Vigorous, and Assertive, but you can Call Her DIVA. Tonight on The Diva Hour, We'll discuss the marriage gap between African American women and their White Counterparts If recent studies are to be believed, African American Women are the least likely segment of our population to get married. According to the most recent census data in 2001, 41.9 percent of Black Women have never been married. That's compared to only 20.7 among White Women. After reading a 2006 Washington Post Article Tittle: "Marriage Is For White People", I really began to wonder if that was really true. So this Week on the Diva Hour We'll be exploring that subject with our special guest, Author and Relationship Lawyer: Cathy Middleton.
