Who is in charge here?

That would be an apt question in Palestinian politics.

Most of the talk is coming from others rather than President Abbas.  He seems to be in hiding or trying to get something concrete to give his country more stability and fire up Palestine for this election coming in less than 6 months.  My hope is he and the other leaders of Palestine, those exiled too, can, first, bring peace between factions, create a sound policy making Israel keep to agreements and not be killed or jailed in the meantime because nearly a third of his parliment is in "administative detention" which means no visitors nor lawyer representation for up to 6 months and can be extended "till Hell freezes over."
