JERONIMO is a Feature Documentary by Joseph Juhn, my guest on "A Conversation with...".
Joseph's film has been accepted at 15 film festivals around the world, was the Audience Choice Best Documentary at the Asian American International Film Festival in New York and the Audience Choice Best Documentary at the Seattle Asian American Film Festival. In its theatrical release in Korea on Nov 21, 2019, JERONIMO drew audiences of over 20,000.
The documentary traces the story of Jeronimo Lim Kim, born in 1926 to Korean indentured servant parents in Cuba, he joins the Cuban revolution and crosses paths with Fidel Castro and Che Guevara, before turning to his Korean roots and identity.
