Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. Today I want to give you some tips, experiences, tools to prepare for a happy, healthy, successful 2022. I'm Denise Thomson and I love sharing good news, hope, tools for health. Preparing for 2022: Actions vs Expectations

We all have choices that lead to an outcome, which is not always what we expect. Let's start with the Holidays: Food, Presents, Travels, Sleep, Safety, 3 bite rule.

Fact: Holidays, Gatherings, are not just about food, but about socializing.

People usually gain 10 - 20 lbs over the Holidays from Thanksgiving to New Year as their eyes are bigger than their stomachs, they eat more calories than they burn, they are more sedentary than they move, exercise, etc.

It does NOT have to be that way. I just released 3 llbs over the last week and am thrilled that I chose the 3 bite rule which really served me. Drink more water.

Fact: Leading by example is more powerful than telling people what to do. Got a new client unexpectedly, just because I have been honest, and did what I said. Waited and prayed for that person for the last 5 years to get healthy and two days ago, that person made the decision to transform the life.

Fact: People who reset their health now, will do much better over the Holidays and be thrilled with their success, rather than sorry.
