Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. As we are coming closer to the end of 2021, I want to adress a few special holidays and their traditions to get us ready for a wonderful month.

Today is National Men Make Dinner Day Nov 4, 2021 Do's and Don'ts!

Thu 11/11/2021 Veterans Day: took Jr. in 2009. He was not a Veteran, but he was elderly and needed help.

Thu 11/25/2021 Thanksgiving Day

There are many more "special days" in November, though I wanted to focus on the ones mentioned above.

In 57 days is 12/31/2021

In 58 days is 01/01/2022

Where do you choose to make improvements in your life: healthy mind, healthy body, healthy finances?

Do you need guidance in any area or are you ready to guide others to better health? Remember, everything is full circle and everything needs to be balanced to be steady. Farmer milking the cow, sitting on the 3 legged stool.

Preparing for the HOLIDAYS! It's not all about giving and receiving presents, it's about being present! Spending quality time means more to most people these days than receiving gifts they have never needed.

Activities to make each day, especially the Holidays, special: phone call, zoom, skype, FB messenger with video camera, sending a letter, a picture of something or someone special, etc. etc. Fixing a meal for someone and instead of inviting them over, deliver to their door at an agreed upon time.

Gift: health goal reset session, e-newsletter

Review: what has changed for you over the last almost 2 years? What have you lost? What have you gained? What have you learned? Do you want to continue the way you are right now or do you want to become a better version of yourself and helping others? Let's talk about it.

Until next week, stay happy, healthy!
