Why is hydration crucial to our health?

When do we need to start hydrating every day?

Purpose, Amount of WATER, Timing,

OPTAVIA just came out with Purposeful Hydration because so many people have trouble drinking 64 + ounces of water a day.

1: Divide your weight in half to get the ounces of water your supposed to drink daily to hydrate your skin, largest organ of the body that protects the inner organs inside the body. Ex. You weigh 128 lbs / 2 = 64 oz. as minimum, better to go up to 100 oz if you don't have kidney problems.
