Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, nurse, fitness trainer, educator, speaker and author. Not a medical doctor!

Only 2 weeks until Thanksgiving.

Most of the year is gone. Only 38 days until New Years! Plans, goals? 

Do we need or want to make any changes? Change Habits of Disease to Habits of Health? How? I can definitely help you on your journey to mental, physical and financial balance, through the program I am offering my clients.

What are we thankful for not only on Thanksgiving, but daily?

Do we apply the Stop, Challenge, Choose I mentioned to change negatives into positives?

ex.: Death of a person. Why do we feel guilty? Be, do, give your best daily - no regrets. When person no longer in pain, should be a happy event.

ex.:  B-I-L lost everything in the Napa Fires a few weeks ago.

That's sad. However, what good has come out of it or comes out of it?

He is still alive and in fairly good spirits.

Property can be cleaned up and rebuilt. No more clutter, mess, unwanted things that were hard to let go.

Clean slate, new beginning.

ex.: us, our unit, blessed to fix it up and making some improvements. Blessed to have the health and strength to do it. Blessed to have the finances to do it. Blessed nobody got hurt.

Let us be thankful for everything that allows us to grow, get stronger, healthier, a better person and NOT take anything for granted. Let us set a presedence for others to be more positive and thankful! Tis the Season of Joy and to be thankful!
