Nutrition: fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, etc.  (cut out red meats)

Hydration: alkaline water, reduce or eliminate caffeine, alcohol, etc.

Exercise: 30 sec. high intensity followed by 30 sec low intensity, more like stretching, balancing... (30 min)

Enough rest: 7 - 10 hours depending on age, health...

Deep breathing

breakes at regular intervals: stretch to release tension

eat a sm. apple, dark cherries....

Conclusion: We have a choice to live a healthy and balanced life when we take proper care of ourselves.
