According to www.grief.com The five stages, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost. They are tools to help us frame and identify what we may be feeling.
We will discuss today these five stages of grief and how our guest worked through loosing not one or two, but five loved ones within a short period of time and what she did to handle (or not handle) the grieving process she went through.
Learn emotional tools as a caregiver you can use today that will help you through each stage of the grieving experience.
Join my co-host Dr. Rachel Lindsey and I as we travel this journey through time with our guest Eibur Stepney-Manuel today from 12:30-1:30 PM CST.
I look forward to you listening to us soon. Until then, have a JOYOUS day!
