The perception of many African Americans is that when the police show up in the Black community, they typically create problems, as opposed to solving them and saving people. But, does “Officer Friendly” still exist? Are cops more concerned about going home safe than securing the safety of the taxpayers they are sworn to “serve and protect?” With our special Guests Sergeant Glenn White of the Chicago Police Department and Officer Heath Adams of the Los Angeles Police Department, we’ll discuss the reputation of cops in the Black community, who typically becomes a cop and what it’s like on the job. Co-hosts Trey Whitaker and Demetria Richardson.
