In 2009, the Center for Workplace Excellence conducted a survey in cooperation with Management-Issues.com to learn what people thought were the most difficult situations for true listening.  The primary question was "When do you find it most difficult to listen to others?"

In this 15-minute broadcast we will go over the results of that survey, and also provide tips for what you do to move foward while still practicing good listening skills.

Your host, Dan Bobinski, is the author of Creating Passion-Driven Teams as well as the Executive Director at the Center for Workplace Excellence.
