The District in the grip of violent, criminals

The District of Columbia, not unlike other cities with a population greater than 200k, has a violent crime problem.

Many like The Washington Post's Colbert I. King believe that there is "no way to determine how many illegal guns" plague our cities.  I believe where there is a will there is a way.  Specifically, progressive "Americans" haven't the resolve to deal with well over ninety percent of firearm related crime.
