Mt. Everest: One step at a time

Dreams do come true. On May24th 2004 between 9-9:45 AM, 33 year old Mary Mills Halpin summit the highest mountain on Earth; Mt. Everest.  A native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Mills became the first Kentuckian, to summit Mt. Everest.  She became the 99th woman in the world to summit ad the first woman to summit with the Alpin Ascents International.  In addition, she raised money for Girls INC. of Bowling Green, Kentucky through "No Dream is Too High".
