No I ain’t broke but I'm badly bent...

Praying you all had a great St Valentines day! I am just in a bluegrass and country musical mode... When we in the Food Service industry experience problems, miscalculations, or accidents invariably it cannot be "repaired"... it has to be recreated...Doing it again usually is the best way to get it right...and costly lessons are often the ones that make the biggest impression...Lessons learned...Its the way we humans do it...So I always thank God that each and every day we have another chance...And as the psalmist Gary P Nunn wrote and sang "when a Texan fancies he'll take his chances...Chances will be taken...that’s for sure..." So we step out in faith and take what God gives us and do the best we can...Sometimes you just have to Stop...and Wait. Take a deep breath and start again... since all things work together for us we can be confident in that...OK Now Start over again...and remember Our Father will never leave us or forsake us even though we may feel “Badly Bent” So tune in!
