At the intersection of policy, history and politics, skulking in the night like a stealth nuclear submarine, lurks Radio Free America!

In its thirteenth 9-to-0 decision against the Obama administration, the Supreme Court struck down the president's NLRB "recess" appointments.  I wonder if anybody in the White House noticed?  And Monday's 5-4 decision favoring Hobby Lobby gives some hope that the Supremes can actually read the Constitution.

We now have about 750 U.S. troops on the ground in Iraq, acting as advisors to the Iraqi army and protecting the US Embassy and Baghdad's airport.  Was withdrawing our forces a mistake in the first place?

The House of Representatives is now suing the Administration, and IRS Commissioner John Koskinen has promised to deliver Lois Lerner's emails.  Would the GOP act this tough if Eric Cantor had not been primaried out last month?

Plus...Civil War history, some hangar flying, a World Cup Soccer update from our international correspondent, Kristian in Denmark and...your calls!  Don't miss it!
