PAIRED: Justin Chapple, Food and Wine magazine, guests on 8/16, 1:30pm EST

LOS ANGELES, Ca August 16, 2014 - Justin Chapple, Food and Wine Magazine guests On Paired with Chef Mary Moran and expert wine connoisseur Duane Pemberton.  Mary and Duane will be talking with the Food & Wine’s test kitchen editor and Mad Genius, Justin Chapple.

Chapple will be discussing his Mad Genius kitchen tips, his delicious recipes, being a judge at the Chase Sapphire Preferred Chef Challenge on Thursday night (Aug 21) and he’ll give us the inside scoop on the Los Angeles Food and Wine events.

The Los Angeles Food and Wine event takes place this August 21-24. We will be asking Chapple for insider information on how to best enjoy a major food and wine event, and for his very own Mad Tips to create recipe and menu excellence.
