SharePoint Adoption Tips

I will be interviewing Veronique Palmer, Founder, SharePoint User Adoption Specialist and End User Trainer at "Lets Collaborate", as well as a SharePoint MVP.  While she is based in South Africa, Veronique and I both recently attended and met at the Microsoft SharePoint Conference in Anaheim, CA.  In general, our topic will be how to best drive user adoption of SharePoint.  We will address such questions as how to plan a user adoption strategy, tips and tricks for speeding adoption, and case examples from various enterprise user adoption experiences.  We will also discuss how a good governance framework is essential in supporting effective user adoption.  Finally, we will gather Veronique’s general impressions from SPC 2011 in Anaheim.  Please address any questions to me via Twitter @glvaughan.
