With jury rights day approaching on September 5th we thought we would kick start the leadup with an interview with: 

Kirsten Tynan is Executive Director of the Fully Informed Jury Association. FIJA is a 501(c)(3), non-profit educational organization focusing on the traditional, protective role of the jury in our legal system. FIJA seeks to preserve the full function of the jury as the final arbiter in our courts of law by informing everyone about their rights and responsibilities when serving as trial jurors, including the right of conscientious acquittal by jury nullification.
