SNACK ATTACK!! I LOVE MY SNACKS! WHO DOESN'T?! THE THING IS NOT THAT SNACKING IS NECESSARILY A PROBLEM, BUT WHAT YOU SNACK ON. IT'S GOOD TO HAVE A SNACK IN BETWEEN MEALS SO YOU WON'T FEEL EXTREMELY HUNGRY, AND ULTIMATELY WANT TO GORGE ON A TON OF STUFF. THAT CAN LEAD TO OVEREATING AND EATING THE WRONG STUFF WHEN YOU'RE IN A RUSH! I'M NO EXPERT, BUT I WANTED TO SHARE SOME TIPS THAT ARE CURRENTLY HELPING ME.
