The reality is that if you don't chose to turn your self-employed job into a 7th Level Business that runs without you having a job in it, then you will obviously have to master investing in order to achieve passive income in your life.  So, if as a real estate agent, you do not build your own practice into an asset-based business that can generate business passive income, you will have to find some other means to take care of your financial needs when you stop listing and selling homes.  This is the reason why you should consider understanding the concept of and growing your business to the 7th Level.
