As you move towards the highest levels in your real estate business, to net a Million Dollars and beyond, you will need to acquire a perspective on controlling costs and making it a habit.  This is essential to your success!  Much of the difference between having a business that earns a Million Dollars and one that nets a Million Dollars is often centered on two monetary disciplines: sticking to the Budget Model we have discussed in past episodes and controlling your costs!

You will also find that you will get in your own way as you grow your business.  You will likely find challenges in staying focused on your 20% as you are faced with constant distractions.
