Today we will talk about the 2nd part of Chapter 10, The Organizational Model!

Empowering your people is KEY to your success and their success.  I will cover the 10 Principles for doing this.  We will also talk about Consulting your team member as this is at the very heart of empowerment. Instead of thinking of accountability as being confrontation, think of it as "carefrontation".

I will also cover the two D's in your organization:  The Leadership D and the Business D.  And having them both in your business is the key to building a truly great organization.
