Lisa Will, founder of Stonz Wear Inc., shares in this episode how her million-dollar company grew from her need to find her young son a suitable footwear that stayed on. 10 years after the company's initial conception in 2004, Stonz has grown into a thriving business in worldwide wholesale and retail markets. The company has been awarded the Canadian Pediatric Seal of Approval in 2012 and honored by organizations such as Mom's Best, National Parenting Center, iParenting, and Creative Child Magazine Awards. Lisa earned the RBC Women Entrepreneur of the Year Western finalist in the year 2010. And most recently, she was nominated for the Ersnt & Young 2014 North American EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program.

Walk with Lisa in her journey to build an authentic, excellent and wonderfully thriving company through:

  • Purposeful Vision: begin with the end in mind.
  • Solid Financials: know your numbers.
  • Committed A Team: build a like-minded tribe.

Persistence is key in the entrepreneurial path that Lisa took to create Stonz Wear. Today, her business has extended its reach from Canada, to the US, Chile, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Scandinavia, UK, and Europe, from the miraculous beginning of one stall at a Vancouver gift show in 2004.
