0:00 - Very Special discussion with Dr. Roger Roots.  We firmly established that ANY federally designated land "within" a State, is land that is being held illegally.  What the States need to do now is claim the land, kick the feds out, and then open up the land to pipelines and/or drilling for oil, coal, uranium, and natural gas.  In fact, we had such an amazing discussion covering a few different issues, that Dr. Roots stayed for two full hours starting right at the beginning of the show!!!
