7:00 - The Rice Report.  Commentary from Milton, FL, City Councilwoman Shannon Rice.  Shanon talked about the curent state of the Declaration of Emergency and how there is less enforcement and more education, so if a group of more than ten people gather, the police won't be arresting they will be "educating."  Problem is this is all still based on illegal orders from Governor DeSantis.  Shannon and I both support the Constitution and keeping everything open.

7:30 -  Main Topic, Guests and Callers. This is where I engaged in an extremely detailed discussion of the difference between the 2007 CDC Guidelines, which called for MINIMUM impact on the economy and society, and the 2017 Guidelines which didnt' care.  The 2007 Guidelines detailed a Pandemic Severity Index, with 5 categories from 90,000 deaths topping Category 1, to over 1.8 million deaths starting Category 5.  Coronavirus in 2007 would have been a Category 1 Pandemic, where almost no actions would be recommended.  2017 guidelines eliminate the Pandemic Severity Index and treat EVERY Pandemic as greater than a Category 5 under 2007 guidelines.  Because the 2017 guidelines make all lockdowns mandatory, immediate, in violation of the Constitution, with no regard to the economy, for an indefinite time, all the "orders" of governors to enforce the Guidelines are under lawsuit and court challenge.

8:30 - Citizen Legislation Review.  At this point I got my first calls and so we moved to questions.
