***  Today we went through an extensive discussion of the First Amendment, and how it covers not "free speech" which is commonly assumed, but rather the Constitutional language of "the freedom OF speech, which is in the First Amendment.  This separates "content" of speech out, and takes that judgment away from government and to the individual, and instead focuses on the freedom of speech which requires "access" to all speech.  This is different from what is commonly assumed, and commony "interpreted" by all the courts, which is why they have no Constitutional authority to "interpret" the Constitution.  By adding a new category of "ideological discrimination" it criminalizes banning of individuals and groups on Facebook and Google for being conservative, every bit as much as banning black Americans during Segregation from businesses and services including government, because of skin color, and makes such "censorship" by Facebook and Google, a Civil Rights criminal violation.  Now we just have to put that into law.
