If you’re like me, finding time to read is really hard. You spent all day in the barn, garden, or field and after supper if try to read a book you find yourself dozing off before you know it. One way I’ve found to digest more books is by using audio books. No matter what farmstead job you are working on, you can listen to someone read a book to you. Whether its a thought provoking fiction book by our friend Micheal Bunker or Joel Salatin’s “Pigness of Pigs”, with audio books the homesteader and farmer can “read” books and get the work done at the same time.
