Dear Friends of Foodamania:
Within the last 72 hours many of us have been informed by our employers that due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are drastically losing our hours at work and in some cases being completely laid off. Most workers live paycheck to paycheck and have few resources to carry on our daily lives.
Owners are seeing drastic reduction in customers and in many cases don't have the ability to offer
employees paid or sick leave at this time let alone keep their business open.
I want to open a discussion about possible steps we can take to support eachother during this difficult time and let eachother know that there is hope.
