Join Michelle Bianco as she welcomes Sheila Hageman to the Life Under Construction Show.  Sheila is an author, speaker, teacher and workshop leader, in addition to being a yoga instructor.  She received her MFA in Creative Writing from Hunter College, CUNY, where she graduated as valedictorian with her BA.  
 
Sheila has appeared on numerous radio and TV shows including The Today Show, ABC News, NBC News and Anderson Cooper.  She teaches women that they need to express their true selves to find fulfillment in life and to do that they must be willing to face their pasts and learn to love themselves regardless of the “stories” their lives tell.
