To Conference or UnConference? Is that the Question?

As blogging and social media conferences continue to gain popularity, not to mention quantity, it seems that the bigger they get the less of the intended impact. The emergence (or actually rise to re-popularity) of the "un-conference" is challenging the need and desire for the big conference experience. When given a choice, would you conference or unconference?
