This show was all about the castle doctrine. The question was are you FOR or AGAINST this law. After covering the Moncks Corner shooting death of Bobby L. Gadsden by homeowner Cecil Barwick I was left wondering if this law should be examined a little closer. Some say eyewitness accounts indicate the homeowner, Cecil Barwick chased down Bobby Gadsden to shoot him as he was attempting to flee the residence. That brings into question if the suspect has dropped your belongings and your life is not in imminent danger, should you shoot to kill?
