Mid-Week Inspiration - Teens in the Church, or not?

Today we look at a new study that suggests that teens leave the church because they aren't trained as teenagers to take over church leadership roles.  Is that the issue, or is it more foundational than that.  Could it be that churches want teens to be neither seen nor heard?
