A FIT WORKPLACE...

There are many small wys to get moving and raise your fitness level while on the job.

Nearly all of us need to make more time for fitness.  EXERCISE IS THE ELIXIR OF YOUTH & HEALTH, but finding time, though, can seem impossible.

But what if you could wedge that workout in at work?  If it sounds far-fetched, listen-up.

An obesity Doctor at the Mayo Clinic says you don't need to log more time at the gym.  Instead, you need to banish your sedentary ways by incorporating easy bursts of activity from DAWN to DUSK!

STAY TUNED...

Smart food choices...etc.

Keep health costs in line...etc.

Walk or bike to work...etc.

Take the stairs...no elevators...etc.

A HEALTHY WORKPLACE IS THE WAY OF THE FURTURE...etc.
