Letters to the Editor---Newspapers, etc....Get a web site with name of book and your name...sell copies of your book from your web site...offer a premium when a book is purchased, e.g. a poster, bookmarker, coffee mug, etc...send out press releases to your local newspaper(s).
STAY TUNED...
Contact local book stores...etc.
Create a flyer...etc.
Offer to do free lectures...etc.
E-mail to every book reviewer...etc.
Research how other books have been...etc.
