CareGiverStory.com is excited to have a discussion with Reggie Widgeon of  "90 4 Life."

Wow, I am looking forward to hearing about how to stay healthy as we are aging from my special guest Reggie's experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Reggie, and his beautiful wife at the “Innovations In Aging 2012″ conference in Maryland where I was  a guest speaker.

This event was hosted by the State of Maryland Department of Aging Long Term Care. It was exhilarating to see over 8,000 seniors from the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia attend this thought-provoking event. There were professionals in health care, home health, aging networks, caregivers, as well as baby boomers and mature adults seeking encore careers.
