"I feel we are drawn to things at a time we need them to change our lives, to remember who we are," says my guest Julie Silver. "I wanted to start eating more healthily two years before I started making quite big changes. I am now constantly making minor dietary changes and feeling better for it," she adds. "I do believe we need to experience the contrast before we can appreciate the healthier state. I feel that healthy eating and living a healthier life is a not a choice - it's more of a soul yearning that draws you to it effortlessly when you are ready."
