My friend this week is the Director of Arkansas National Youth Challenge Program Hugh Levell. He has been apart of this program since the beginning. Changing the lives of several youths from differents parts of the state. A man with a heart and full of compassion towards our children. He and his collegues are giving young teens a second chance in life!
