Blanche Williams’ passion for building leadership in our next generation, inspired her to establish the National Black Women’s Town Hall, Inc., in 2008, a non-profit inter-generational think-tank convening meaningful conversations with black women. Its first annual meeting was held at headquarters of NCNW in Washington, DC.
Previous career highlights have included Williams’ work with the Clinton Administration on the historic Western Hemispheric Summit in Miami, Mayoral appointment to Metro-Dade County Community Relations Board, Small Business Incubator Director for the Center for Technology, Enterprise and Development, Inc. (T.E.D. Center), NGO Speaker at United Nations Conference in Istanbul.
Holds Masters in Leadership/Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship and BA in Communication Studies.
Born in San Antonio, TX but attended grade/high school in Memphis, TN. She fell in love with and moved to Miami on her 21st birthday. Her son was born on South Beach.
