In the I AM level of Building Blocks of Recovery , I will share with you some internal and external ways to remind yourself that life can be rebuilt to move into a meaningful recovery process. We will use affirmations, essential oils, foods and yoga poses to help your body, mind and heart. These simple tools will allow you to get out of "being stuck" and begin the healing process. While no system can guarentee success in every area, the Building Blocks of Recovery system is meant to give you something to hold on to as you learn to nurture youself to wholeness again.
