More Cake

Luckily in my business I know many pastry chefs and even though I am no longer near in residency of most of them, I can ask for specialty cakes, nevertheless. Why the obsession, well I usually save all my cake eating in around our anniversary or my birthday, which is to say during the summer months.What can boost that craving and obsession is the End-of-the-Year special event (party) for Voices in Unity, which now for the second year in a row, I have coordinated and is loads of fun.

This year one of my newer discoveries and new friend who I asked to prepare the confectionery wonder was recent past guest and my co-author of my soon-to-be updated cake book; Ramya Murthy, of 350 degrees F. This a short interview of questions to get to know her and actually this interview will be on my new website CEGNYC (Customized Events Group of New York City), I thought it would be fun to introduce you again to her and what makes her tick as a cake artist.
