Tonight I'll take a meditation again from the book Three Magic Words. This book is proving to be one of my favorites. It's my U. S. Andersen and even though it is little over half a century old it is STILL ;pertinent to our lives today, I believe.
Meditation is all about centering yourself and getting back to zero or that oneness with your Source.
