This radio show for family members, caregivers, doctors, nuerologists and public awareness!

  • What do you know about them?
  • Are you waiting for yours?
  •  Do you know how to handle a brain injury?
  • What are you doing to learn?
  • When are you going to understand?
  • What are you doing now?

When family members, caregivers, loved ones, and significant others give up helping, where do you go? Outpatient services don't help unless insurance is involved. Medical staff in communities nationwide misdiagnose, brush off, discharge or don't treat brain injuries survivors when they come in about ailments due to their brain injury. They state it's all in their mind, nothing is really wrong. When do medical professionals get involved with unpaid, volunteer community outreach for those involved with brain injuries in the community to understand? Why don't medical staff get involved with support groups on a voluntary basis? How many times do family members and old friends tell a brain injury survivor to get over yourself and stop faking the injury? EVERYDAY! They don't realize anything till it happens to them. Then it's too late.
