TODAY'S TOPIC ON THE MIKE HOWARD BLOGTALK RADIO SHOW IS.... THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN BLACK PARENTS AND CHILDREN A man that put's his child or children before the woman creates dysfunction in their relationship rather they are together or separated. I personally do not like to use the word separated with parents, I call it an adult relationship. So in otherwords your either in a combined relationship or your in an adult relationship. With that being said, we must understand that at any event to which a child can divide either types of relationships to which the child gains favor, the child can become manipulative. All kids tend to focus on their wants rather than their needs because their needs are already given to them by the parents. And the only thing standing between them and what they want are the parents. Tonight we will discuss how this all plays out and have an adult discussion on what to do and what not to do. Share our stories of trial and errors. Then create a format on how we can all work together collectively as Black coupled parents to build a stronger foundation for our future.
