"Business Taxes Part I: Tips for Small Companies"

BluPrint is excited to welcome Antwan Anderson, President of Anderson & Company, a multi-disciplined tax, accounting and management consulting practice, who will talk with us about tips for small businesses that will reduce future tax liabilities, the cost of doing business and how maximizing deductible business expenses can lower taxable profit.  

Antwan has many years of accounting experiences and was previously an auditor at Clifton Gunderson, the 9th largest accounting firm in the country, responsible for auditing all of the court systems in the US including the district, probation, bankruptcy and pretrial court services.  His degrees in Accounting and in Computer Information Systems broadened his diverse background which includes the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) where he wrote healthcare procedures and participated on the committee to express opinions on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) laws.  Antwan has worked in the Information Technology (IT) consulting sector for public and government agencies completing SAS70 engagements and business continuity planning.
